Outcome:	The faculty member Students will apply skills involved in critical reading, oral discourse, and independent thinking.
Reflection:	While participating in the student generated writing assignments, I practiced critical thinking skills by being posed with a “Should Question” then having to plan out a five-paragraph position essay either in favor for the topic or against it. In addition to writing several five-paragraph essays myself, I also involved my skill of analysis, interpretation and evaluation by peer editing essays written by my peers.
