Outcome:	The faculty member Students will choose usage and diction levels appropriate to various audiences.
Reflection:	Throughout all of the writing assignments during the semester, each one required a different diction level. When I wrote the research paper, I used a college level writing style. When I wrote evaluation for my peers I used a much more casual diction level because I was writing comments and suggestions to them.
