Outcome:	The faculty member Students will identify and use standard terms for evaluating essays.
Reflection:	Classmates usually evaluate each other rather mildly. This is not always good. Sometimes it is necessary to be bold. Good peers will advise their classmates before they step in a hole. Therefore, the best way to evaluate is to be bold yet friendly.
