Outcome:	The faculty member Students will choose usage and diction levels appropriate to various audiences.
Reflection:	We express ourselves differently to various audiences. Someone cannot talk to an adult the same way he/she talks to a baby. This would offend the adult; it would be an insult to the person’s maturity and growth. So it is important to identify the target audience of your work and determine what diction level is necessary.
