Outcome:	The faculty member Students will demonstrate proficiency in self-editing and peer evaluation.
Reflection:	Before this class, I thought that criticism was used to lower an individual’s self-esteem, so people were lightly on each other. During this class I learned, a person that is every much criticized, can be the one that learns the most, if that individual gains from that others say.
