Outcome:	The faculty member Students will demonstrate an understanding of the writing process as applied to composition, including brain-storming, outlining/clustering, summarizing, keeping a writing journal/portfolio, editing and revising.
Reflection:	This outcome was personally one that I gained from. It basically enhanced the basic abilities we need in college writing, from the brain-storming, outline, and keeping tract of your work. We all have these abilities, but this outcome allowed use to strengthen them for future work.
