Outcome:	The faculty member Students will identify and use standard terms for evaluating essays.
Reflection:	By evaluating other individuals essays, a reader can always catch an error the writer might of missed. By evaluating, it can enhance an individuals writing style, by learning to re-correct one’s mistakes before they occur.
